Iīm a little  about it, i know itīs included in the $75 USD that we pay for our ERAS TOKEN, but how do we ask for it???, in which page? and how? Is it automatic since we pay those $75 or what?

i believe ecfmg ststus report is included for in the eras fee.its the usmle transcipr you have to pay for additionally.
and yes ecfmg report is updated everyday so your new status is displayed with in 24 hours of the change.

thank you coolbabe76, i appreciate it. In that case, since the moment i paid the eras fee i also paid ecfmg status report and itīs updating constantly, i donīt have nothing to do for it?

yes
when you start applying to programs ,using the ADTS you will see if the program had downloaded your ecfmg status report.once it is generated by eras it keeps on updating on its own .
you dont have to do anything.
you will have to apply for and pay for the transcript seperately.

all my documents on eras have been loaded except the lor s and ecfmg statut report. what does that mean. i sent all documents together and only lor s r not being loaded. i applied to a few programs and on adts i saw that only lor s and ecfmg status report is not available to post ofice eras. kindly guide me on this.

dr_singh If you sent all ur documents together they will be uploaded soon after u've applied. My LOR got uploaded 2 days after application to programs, eventually everything gets automatically uploaded.

ECFMG status report is not the same as USMLE transcripts. The former is only a list of which steps you took and how many tries. For that, ECFMG will send to ERAS automatically. The latter is the exact scores you got and for that you need to check on the ERAS option and pay $50 for ECFMG to send the report to ERAS.
