yeah, i have the same trouble, those mixed disorders, i hate them! . I donīt know about a good source (kaplan is regular and blueprints has like 2 pages about it) about it, i just answer what i think and my heart tells me . And it works more or less. You know that there are some rules or tables (i remember they were in the first aid for step 1, i guess) of these mixed acid base disorders.

i thought i was the only one dreading those qestions... ....... anyways...i go to a medical college library to study...i picked up secrtes for nephrology.......it has an acid base section which i found pretty decent........not a lot of reading either.i just wanted my concepts cleared...did't have a lot of math or calculations if that is wat u r looking for....... best of luck.

Toronto Notes..I don't know if it's available where u r..has a brief and understandable section on it..came across it when studyin for the canadian exam
