IF I WAIVE MY RIGHTS TO SEE THEM. ALL THAT LORs HAVE TO BE IN A CLOSED ENVELOPE?? AND SEND THEM IN THEIR ENVELOPE TO ECFMG? AND THEIR COVER SHEETS MUST BE INSIDE THESE ENVELOPES??
, too many questions?, itīs only 1 question but in small pieces.

It is not mentioned anywhere but common sense requires that when you have waived the right then that LOR must be in a closed envelope and then two or three envelopes with document submission form can be sent in a single package (to save shipping cost). A question still remains if the LOR writter is sending the letter directly then Should he also send Document submission form because originally that is supposed to be sent by the candidate so i figured that LOR writter must close LOR with cover form in an envelope and send it to us and then we can submit it to ECFMG.
