I am IMG, can i submit a letter of Recomendation, from my country. Dated 2001. I have been doing lots of things here in US(works) nothing in medicine, i graduated in 2002. CAuse i have a family, need to live. What happens if i dont have any LOR, how do you sugggest me getting one?

Submit the letters that you have from home. My program hires residents every year without US LOR's and USCE.
