Fifth pathway is for US citizens who graduated from foreign medical schools

oh, then can you tell me about any special benefit of that? I am in the process of naturalization, can I take the advantage of fifth pathway?

in order to be eligible for fifth pathway you have to complete premed at US college and medical school abroad, if you haven't done premed in the USA, you are not eligible

got you. so being citizen itself is no more advantage than holding a green card right?
