does pregnancy emancipate a 16 year old minor?

only does if she also lives on her own and takes care of herself,or is married,or both.

only pregnancy by itself does not emancipate the minor.

  #3

prenatal care however can be provided without consent of parents/ guardian, just like treatment of STDs, and prescribing contraception.

She is emancipates IF she lives by herself ( no matter what her medical problem is) and , if not, she is still emancipated about pregnancy care, STD, birth control, mental health, drug abuse.
