a husband comes complaining to yr office with his wife..she has been cleaning,dancing and jumping around the house for the past week..he cant get any sleep due to her odd behaviour..she also went on a shopping trip 3 days back when she spent 5000 dollars..she had a similar attack 6 months back...what is yr diagnosis
