hi
i hv my exam on 28th sept
and hv not stdied a word...due to sm personal problems...i just could not :?(
now i hv just one week left...and have just usmle world material at hand
do u think i should go ahead with it??
i even dont hv anyone to practice with 
do u think i can make it??
i m so tensed

As long as you are able to answer the checklist in the practice cases in the books I think you can make it. In a short time frame and with all the many interruptions in my routine such as taking care of a baby, All I was able to do was practice in my mind the practice cases at night. Most importantly, I think effective communication, sympathy, courtesy and good bedside manners is a must and will add to your points. The rest of the time during your exam... RELAX because if u panic you cant focus. I suggest if u are able to finish the USMLE world material that u have. Hit the bookstore such as BORDERS and look for the Survival Guide for Step2CS by Saborah. Read it there it's allowed! I didnt buy it cause I only have a week left to study so I just read it inside the bookstore. You can read it in 2 sitting.
