Not sure about the others but I believe the boards could also use term "erratic behavior" to describe the signs of PCP

those are hallucinogens, so pts present with altered perception, mood elevation (except for "bad trips" - those are terrifying), illusions, hallucinations, also could have tremors, uncoordination, pupils dilated... occasionally pts have flashbacks.

pcp is "special", you will easily recognize it in the vignette: aggressive, agitated, combative, hostile, assaultive, hypersalivating, violent, decreased perception of pain, vertical nystagmus, and unusual strength, few people need to put pcp-intoxicated individual in restrains. Just imagine what it might look like all together, and you'll never forget symptoms of pcp intoxication.
