An indication of pemphigus vulgaris in which apparently normal epidermis may be separated at the basal layer and rubbed off when pressed with a sliding motion. Also present in scalded skin syndrome ( caused by staph inf.) I guess that helps.

PIN=pemphigous vulgaris,antibodies to Intracellular junction,Nicholsky sign positive .and mucosa involve like not speak vulgar words through ur mucosa or mouth. dd from bulous pempigoid which always make us fool

pemphigus vulgaris, i think toxic epidermal necrolysis, too.

nicholsky's sign positive in: pemphigus group em. vulgaris,pem foliaceous etc. ritter's disesae( ssss) lyell's disease (TEN) epidermolysis bullosa congenita do correct me if im wrong...
