What diseases is it positive???

An indication of pemphigus vulgaris in which apparently normal epidermis may be separated at the basal layer and rubbed off when pressed with a sliding motion. Also present in scalded skin syndrome ( caused by staph inf.)
I guess that helps.

PIN=pemphigous vulgaris,antibodies to Intracellular junction,Nicholsky sign positive .and mucosa involve like not speak vulgar words through ur mucosa or mouth.

pemphigus vulgaris, i think toxic epidermal necrolysis, too.

nicholsky's sign positive in:

pemphigus groupsticking out tongueem. vulgaris,pem foliaceous etc.
ritter's disesae( ssss)
lyell's disease (TEN)
epidermolysis bullosa congenita
