I think if you are abroad and fail to acquire a VISA, you are waived of penelty. 'Cauz thing are completly not in your control. A whole lot of people can't start their residency because of this. Thanks to bbb, I have decided to hold for one year or try to get an H-1 position. I am currently on H1b drkpp wrote: to bbb, lets say if i match and i apply for a j1 and get rejected and hence cant join, does that mean i wld be violating the nrmp terms?
