cs checklists, kaplan step 2 cs, first aid, blueprints cs and mosby phys ed.. some videos on this website. nothing else, and passed. dont worry. use tips others give you, on callidiot, siqoraaa, etc. Ask them what they did during summer while u wash your hands, break the ice, be professional, corteous, educated. dress and groom well, remember you are a salesman. Sell yourself, never go short. you dont have to diagnosis a duchenne syndrome or kawasaki, they are practical every day. About exams, like neurologic do the most important, not the exam step by step, if you think sticking the tongue out wont yield information, skip it. dont watch your clock, youll know when to stop asking questions and examine. dont forget: Some dont smoke, they chew tobacco. ask for recent trips, or contacts for suspicious infectieous diseases. if u suspect occult malignancy, check under the tongue, epecially if chewed tobacco. Somebody in pain, dont repeat painful maneuvers, ask where the pain is, and if you can help them. dont patronize them, if u dont know, be honest, tell them you will do your best. Read all First aid and kaplan challenging questions. above all be honest. No money, hook them up with social workers. they know when u are lying... hope this helps... http://csprotocol.blogspot.com/ copied from digitaldoc posting.,

Hi, I used the first aid, Kaplan CS and Survival guide for USMLE Step 2 CS by Saborah. I found the First aid useful but if u ask me the book by Saborah is better than the first aid.
