10 yr old child has sore throat. rapid strep test is positive. what advice would you give to mother regarding who to give the strep test?

a) all ill siblings

b) all siblings ill or well

c) all siblings > 3 with sore throat

d) boy may return to school after being afebrile for 24hrs

e) boy may return to school after 3 days of Abx
