In a cardiac contusion the symptoms/pain comes later so better keep continuous ECG/EKG. orelse U can do CPK(after 6-8hrs) fr any myocardial damage. Non specific ST n T wave abnormalities r seen later on.(dependin on damage) always suspect pericardities, conduction abnormalities, DYSrhythmias (esp. ventricular premature beats). so, the corect ans is continuous ECG monitoring if available orelse serial ECGs every hrly.
