According to what I have read they will have atrial fib.flutter

In a cardiac contusion the symptoms/pain comes later so better keep continuous ECG/EKG. orelse U can do CPK(after 6-8hrs) fr any myocardial damage.

Non specific ST n T wave abnormalities r seen later on.(dependin on damage)

always suspect pericardities, conduction abnormalities, DYSrhythmias (esp. ventricular premature beats).

so, the corect ans is continuous ECG monitoring if available orelse serial ECGs every hrly. wink
