Hi you guys...
I will apply for USMLE step3 soon but I have one confusion about certification of identification on photo/ID page. Since I still live outside the US, I can't have my application certified by Notary Public in the US. So,...
- Can I have my application certified by officials in my homecountry such as my medical school officials, US embassy officials or else?

There is an authority equal to a notary in every country. That's what you should do.
