hello. i am an img and still studying from FA and haven't finished memorizing yet..step in Dec 12.. is FA and kaplan qbank with goljan audio lecture is enough for this exam?..please help me ..

i would appreciate if anyone tell me what to study in addition to FA,kaplan qbank and goljan. have around 3 mths left so please tell me how can i utilize this time in order to get max in step.Appreciate any comment..

hey Steplife,
Do you mean to say you have not gone through the Kaplan textbooks? I mean three months is a helluva time, why not go through the kaplans too.A couple of them if not all. Good luck anyway.

I couldn't agree more. Three months is lots of time but its a mistake not to do the Kaplan textbooks. Just doing questions and FA is not at all enough to cover all the material that they can ask you about. FA is just a guide to reading what is the HY material but if you don't know it in depth, when USMLE presnts you with certain questions you won't realize how they applied the information in the question. And the questions in USMLE can be very tricky, giving you all sorts of information and you have to interprt what the diagnosis is first and then how that particular disease is related to the actual question. I hope that makes sense. Point being, please, don't maqke the mistake of not reading the subjects.
