Why would you worry with those scores - try for the programs that you want and see how it goes.

Good lucknod

Hari, your application is so much more than scores and one research publication. It will depend on your performance in med school, your extracurricular activities, social activism, prizes, letters of recommendation etc. Only you can know if you think you're in the top 2% or top 80% of your peers. Make a judgement and apply to either the top (usnews top hospitals, urban), middle, or lower (unmatched in prior years, rural) tiered residency programs

You have to make that judgement yourself.

I believe you can shoot for a good program in IM,if thats what you want.

IM is not as competitive as other residencies over here,so you stand a pretty good chance, with being IMG an all...

Good luck.
