i think you can put your board certification in INDIA here... since technically you are board certified in your country... regarding the DEA or whatevery.. you dont' have to answer these since your certification is in INDIA... not in the US
I come from the Philippines and most of my batchmates put our board certification on this Page 8... you're still licensed to practice in your country anyways.. i think that'll also be a plus in your application...

Applicants put a lot of information in that spot. Board certficiations from many countries. If that's what you want in there - do it.!
