Do CMB require the medical transcripts send to them directly from the medical college where you graduated? It took little over a year for my college to send the transcript to the ECFMG so i wonder if I can make this happen for this year. any suggestions? thanks for the reply! For the transcript to be sent to ECFMG, there's no trick but to keep asking anf close followup. But you don't have to have your medical school to send the transcript to CMD directly. Rather, you can hold a sealed transcript and bring it to CMD when you have to drive up to Sacremento to show them the original diploma, etc.

to: doc_droc_apurva You can apply to the program with a receipt send as one of the LORS. When you get the letter write to ECFMG stating that this is the letter in place of the receipt.

As soon as they recieve the application with the required fee I think they should issue you the receipt. The other reqirements can be send to them when available. You can call them to make sure.

Whoever comes to cal to practice medicine need to get Cal license. This is for amgs from other states as well as amgs from this state. To do fship you need that letter too.

I think it is the same. When you open your OASIS in the ecfmg site it is mentioned USMLE/ECFMG number. I used that same no. in both to make payment for the FSMB.
