In a pt presention with lacunar infarction, the following is true:
a. sensory loss only
b. dysphasia
c. can be a result of thromboembolism
d. haemorrhage from the medial cerebral artery
e. due to aneurysm

with small infarct u can get localized symptoms if not involving the internal capsule, so only sensory loss may occur only or only motor depands upon the location of lacunar infarct and its most often a result of thromboemblism. as hosam mentions
