Man, tough choice. I think it is Interstitial lung disease...

  #3

The values are for restrictive syn.
c is correct, but it's not a dignosis, so I think it is b.
Can you tell the exact Dx; I mean what restricive dis is often found in a smoker?

  #4

Smoking results in centrlonular emphysema which is an obstructive disease.Restrictive in smokers??????????
I think the answer is
The ratio FEV1/FVC>80% in restrictive lung dis.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks.

I'm sorry too, I wanted to say:
d is correct but... ...

Yes guest; in restrictive syn. both FEV1 and FVC are reduced, but the ratio is N or above N (>70%),
so it is a restrictive syn.
And we have bibasal crepitations too, but as you said: "Restrictive in smokers??????????"
