DM? maybe because the patient is overweight and excess peripheral production of estrogen which might cause endometrial cancer.

triad of HTN, DM and obesity increases the risk for endometrial ca. DM is more strongly ass wiht obesity so I guess its DM

all or nearly all medical book will write HTN DM Obesity.... all together as risk factor. but nbme will seperate it and as them single. how are we to know which is more strongly related???
