I am also looking for Goljan Step 2 CK notes.... nobody seems to have them. Has anybody got it or tell me from where I can get? I'd appreciate very much the help. I already have the audios.

Have you tried Goljan's Rapid Review Pathology (book+CD-ROM) or Goljan's Stars Pathology? Basically the same material in different format; I prefer Rapid Review though because it has side notes in red for significant facts. You can see more at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0323023932/103-8...
