Hmmm, Looks like systemic lupus erithematosus. And most specific for it is antibodies to double-stranded DNA. Ok, next specific is antibodies to ribonucleoprotein. Is it A ?

I saw this one in exam master sample questions... they want us to choose a - Small nuclear ribonucleoproteins. I honestly don't know why. The question sounds like they are looking for most sensitive a/b (most likely to be there), which would be ANA, and it's not on the list. and if that's supposed to be most specific a/b, that would be anti ds dna as bonnie said. but that's listed as the wrong answer... ritu, can you explain why a would be the right answer here?
