Is there a list with the top Residency programs in different fields ? IM, FP, Surgery, etc...

Thanks for the links CGR, some good hospital rating which should mean something I guess.
Everyone's talking abt the top programs but there isn't anything that really tells you which the top ones are. I've read some reviews written by former residents in schools that aren't listed for their high ratings and they seemed to be really happy with the experience.
How do you define top ?

Be careful about trusting the content of these lists too much. They can be unreliable and change year by year.

I think you could use sites like that then recheck to make sure of the Institute/Hospital you want to apply to.
