I live in canada but,I want to take usmle .do you think that which one is more difficult ,entering residentship here or in states?what do you recommend?:rolleyes lease give me advise.

I have seen a lot of Imgs get to a residency in the state, but I had a friend who was a cardiologist in the town and in canada after several years ,didnot get to any program.have not heard much after that . but in the US your chances to get to a residensy is even more than any place in the world.
Donot forget here is land of opportunity.
