if u feel like that ur exam is a pure disaster,then u can leave it incomplete too...no score ll be reported..attempt ll be recorded as incomplete.is that true?
and how exactly u do that...u just walk out without finsihing block or wat?

for one thing..no one would advise u to do that
i agree sometimes some blocks may be tough...but remember usmle intends to make them tough...and u will be scored according to that...also the people who take the exam around that time will also face the same qns...so nothing will hamper ur percentile..
and who knows..if u give up this test and reapply later..not only will u lose so much money...also u stand the chance of getting the same or even tougher qns...then what will u do?

new2usmle if you are thinking to do that, you should postpone your test, instead of do that.
