1. I am working as a research assistant in a hospial. What am I supposed to write in work experience description on CAF page 5. Name of research project or my job duties or both or something else. please advise.
2. Is it important to answer ques about race and ethnicity in last pages of CAF?

Thanks for the reply.
I was a volunteer research assistant first but later I was hired by the hospital to work in the same department on same projects.
