9 year old boy is brought to the hospital with history of falling from the bike.he fainted and is now compalining of thirst,pain abd. there is general abd. tenderness and rebound tenderness #1 Approx. 4 hrs after the accident ,WBC count 20x10 9/L likely diagnosis --renal contusion --acute pancreatitis --ruptured spleen soory guys the previous post wa incomplete ---retroperitoneal hematoma ---ruptured bowel
