I like Micro made ridiculously simple. It's good for a good review and then I like HY Microbiology by Hawley for another review since Micro made simple is pretty big and you tend to forget a few stuff here and there that you read.

For micro, I tend to favor the MICROCARDS by lippincott williams. But you'd need to supplement this with the 'Immunology' section from Kaplan. This seems to work for me...
