I'm applied for the Neurology match. My problem is that I just recently took the CS this August and I don't have my results yet. i'm therefore not ECFMG certified for now. Can anyone tell me how this will affect my chances? How soon do they give interview invitations?

The best advice i can think of is to call the programs and ask them directly. I have almost the same problem and most of the program coordinators were very frank about telling me to wait or to submit my application earlier. Your best bet would be to only send out your application to programs that tell you it doesn't matter at all; as you should be able to make most deadlines with certification.
