Dear Kulk55, I know it must be hard but try not to be depressed. There are other things in life you know, this is only a test ...a simulated scenario. You can take this test again. Next time you will be more prepared, you will know whats going on, it wont be new for you. Analyze what went wrong , practice, practice and practice even more so you feel very confident with your skills. Practice with your partner, friends, kids, etc. Don't think about the failure anymore (i know it is easier to say than do but try), move one. Now just concentrate in getting ready for CS again. Dont let the CS examination ruining some precious days in your life I hope you feel better soon, Lor

I got my final report....i failed!....pretty depressing...and what's weird is that....i failed in ICE component...i passed in communications (CIS component) as well as SEP (english) component...at the back of the report i saw my evaluation...for those of u who have their reports....u will know what i am talking about.....my bands for CIS and SEP components were quite narrow and on extreme right with an asterix which implied that i excelled in those 2 components. (narrow bands indicate high precision)..ICE component has 2 parts...data gathering and patient note....my patient note (PN ) band was in the shaded area which means i was on borderline...and the worst part was data gathering which was a broad band on the left side...and that was the failing component.....even if i had my data gathering band on the shaded area...i perhaps would have passed.... my case perhaps is one of those weird cases where I excelled in CIS and SEP components but failed in data gathering.....moral of the story..guys...be careful in data gathering...although this really beats me coz....i was confident i got all details from 10 of my 12 patients...and i was not sure about 11th patient....and i ran out of time for the 12th patient....WEIRD HUH!

At least one of the cases is not marked and is used for development purposes. Sorry to hear you didn't pass this time, but sounds like you have the info you need to fly through next time. CGR www.internationaldoc.com
