hello seniours and friends
I wanna know what is the best kind of payment method 4 buying ebay materials something like that.I live outside US.I have very low knowledge for that.How do u buy them.Plzz let me know .I have something stuff need to buy.I heard some ppl use paypal.Is it good to use.Any input will be appreciate.

dear usmlebaby.....
when u apply for ur exam u ll use credit card or electronic check.....
i think having a credit card will allow u to buy books, apply for the exam

Thank u very much indeed King for immediate reply.Butta when I go to eBay website they are selling the things by paypal.I dunno whether can I buy it or not.If I want to buy these things I shoud make account at paypal may be premium right ???I'm so confused hmmmm............

Paypal is the most scure way to pay on line . I always use it to buy items from ebay but still there are many another good methods to pay to ebay and allthese methods are very popular as not all ppl have paypal account
you need to have a credit card and a bank account in order to be able to open an account at paypal (if you are out side USA THEN I GUESS THEY HAVE A SPECIFIC RULES FOR THAT TOO)
you can check that at www.paypal.com
If you want to buy stuff from ebay then all what you need is to conatct the seller directly and ask him /her about the payment 's methods that they take . you can pay through paypal or through credi tcard or through check or even through money order . 9all are good ways)
