if case of penicillin allergy, do we desensitize or change to doxycycline? Kaplan simulated test chooses the latter and I think it's wrong.

in pri and 2ndry we can give doxy but got to desensitise in tertiary syphilis, this is what is stated in new kaplan

ONE MORE PLACE WHERE NEED TO DESENSITISE IS PREGNANCY AND NO DOXY THERE TOO. ..
