1. a 60 yr old woman with a long history of smoking , presented with dyspnoea. O/E there were bibasal crepitations. FEV1 and FVC were both severly reduced but the ratio was 80%. What is the most likely diagnosis? a. fibrosing alvelitis b. interstitial lung disease c. bronchogenic carcinoma d. decreased lung compliance e. asthma
