We aren't taking USMLE to get higher education in the USA, we are taking it to work in the USA as residents. By the way, I have valid scores in GRE (CBT) - 580 (verbal) - 680 (quantitative). Can I somehow use it?

U can apply for MPH or M ED... well...the prob I`m facing rite now is that the unis hardly offer any scholarship to international students in the very first semester..most of the fundings in health studies are for research projects...so its easier to get a Teaching Asstntship or research asstntship...but unfortunately the professors are doubtful about our vocabulary still cudnt manage any with 283 in toefl and 610 in GRE vocabulary. I guess u`ll have to do the 1st semester on ur own..and then convince some prof to give u TAship or RAship Best of luck to all

Hey, Try to get as high a score as you can on the GRE.Recommendations help if they are from someone really well known in that field. And your academic grades matter too. My personal experience says that you can get GA but you have to have exceptional scores.
