Central scotoma - macula

Ipsilateral blindness - optic nerve

Bitemporal hemianopia - optic chiasm

Homonymous hemianopia - optic tract

Upper homonymous quadrantanopia - temporal optic radiations

Lower homonymous quadrantanopia - parietal optic radiations

Cortical lesions produce defects similar to those of the optic radiations, but may spare the macula

Cortical lesions spare the MACULA if the lesion is BLOOD SUPPLY (b/c of good collaterals) but if it`s say trauma, then Macula could also be damages.

Also check the "Light reflex" in all cases, if affected, lesion is PRE-LGB if not it is POST-LGB which could include the cortex. but ofcourse there could be Partial PRE-LGBs lesions that spare the III n.
