Guys, I always have a problem remembering and understanding with adduction, abduction, flexion of the joints. Can anyone give me any secret or write me a simple way of remembering the main joints with these movements. PLease Please.

I always remeber abduction as if your limb is "abducted" from your body. In other words, moves away from your body. Adduction is the opposite to that.

Extension is when the joint angle increases...
Flexion is when the joint angle gets decreases...

Although this is simple to understand for simple hinge joints like the knee and elbow, it can be confusing for the hip and shoulder joint.
