Ramsey: I think this is ass/with herpes zoster complication, ass/hearing , affect CN 7, painful vesicle on the pinna and inside the ear, rx acyclovir

Sweet: recurrent PAINFUL reddish purple plaques ass/fever, common in women, due prob to hypersensitivity rxn ass/yersinia infection, ,or follow URI, rx steroid, but antibiotic if ass/yersinia

Nelson: UHHHH>!!!!!! what da helll is thatmad

the first two are right as far as iknow and nelson is post adrenelectomy hyperpituitarism .

correct me if i am wrong... its something that i just happen to remeber from my med school.

a question: do they really get into all this syndromes in the real exam. i was told that they ask just the basic stuff?
