What´s the treatment of an otosclerosis?

How is the clinical presentation?

Presents as hearing difficulties, tinnitus, and sometimes facial nerve involvement, in a middle aged person, who has family history of deafness, AD pattern.......

Treatment is sodium floride or stapedectomy.
