When do you treat ( i guess surgically) a torus palatinus?

Usually as u know, it doesnt require treatment.....May be if starts causing symptoms (mechanical obstruction), surgery is needed.....just my opinion. Do tell the right answer??

Benign but if some1 wants it can be removed. Otherwise not needed

itīs a painless, slowing growing fleshy, bony mass in the hard palate. Peak age is at 30 y. Itīs benign. It only needs reassurance as a tx, usually.
