Which is the clinical findings? Which is the findings in the funduscopy? Which is the first step in treatment?

Central retinal artery occlusion presents as a sudden, painless loss of vision, unilateral. On fundoscopy-cherry-red spot in the macula-pale fundus with a red fovea. Tx is direct pressure to the eye, oxygen, lowering ICP.
