i have come across this question, can't remember the source. bluestar where did u get it i think the ans give was A ( can't remember very well the explanation)

It have to be A. p>.10 mean there is NO stasticial diff. The test ONLY valid if all the patient is kept and watch the side affect in the long run. But in this case, some people might not show up for follow up therefore make the test less valid

I wonder if a sample of 50 can regconize a difference or not ? If not, i go to D, may be we got a type II error here, and the way to reduce this error is increasing the sample size
