For a 2 week old baby, would suction still work? I mean, what can aspired has been aspired. Can we suck out what's already in the lung?

You know, itīs a confusing question, you can also interprete it like a just born neonate, with 44 weeks of gestation (2 weeks postmature). confused

BLUESTAR THE QUESTION SAYS THE BABY IS JUST BORN BUT ONLY ITS DELIVERED 2 WEEKS POST MATURE SAY AT 40 WEEKS WHEN MECONIUM ASPIRATION IS SO COMMON. SO THE ASPIRATED HAS YET TO BE BROUGHT OUT!!

Oh! it's "2 week postmature neonate" I read it as "2 week postpartum neonate". of course postpartum should be applied to the mother not the baby. thanks!grin
