Dear BBB, I have a question regarding my immigration status. Right now I am a conditional resident of the United States (I am married to US citizen). However, my conditions should be removed by the end of November this year. What should I put in my ERAS Application Permanent resident or conditional permanent resident? Does it really make any difference for PD if I am conditional PR or just PR? Thank you for your help! Fiona

I would suggest that you put conditional PR, as that is most honest. It is very unlikely to make any difference to a program director, unless you were found to have been dishonest. Since you are currently a conditional resident, then this is the most accurate description to use. Hope that helps, CGR
