It is a good question, the most common probable viral cause of Bell palsy is Herpes virus so Go to A

  #8

only herpes I and II cause Bells

EBV, Influenza and Measles cause Cervical Lymphadenitis may compress Facial Nerve

AIDS causes Bells, not HIV

EBV causes Nasopharyngeal Ca may compress facial Nerve but no signs of it in above case

EBV is most probably due to its verstiality

Mr.TPMD... whaz this: AIDS causes bells, not HIV.

when HIV causes or HIV-1, predominant isolate in clinical AIDS/ ARC(AIDS.related.complex) seen in HIV +ve... n when Bell's palsy is seen in AIDS, then right answer must be 'C'

Anywez EBV mostly affects lymphoid tissue (infec. mononucleosis)

well I hope doing IMMUNOLOGIC test(imunoflo) will proove the correct cause.
