velocity- measured as distance/unit time. It is inversely proportional w/ cross sectional area. Which vessel has the greatest velocity but has the smallest cross sectional area?

I read... velocity: Displacement per unit time....... We measure it by, Injecting bile salts into arm vein.....bitter taste appear normal average arm/tongue circulation time is 15 sec:....so abow or below this time indicating velocity: BF/cross sectional area. clear me if i am wrong.....
