Hai,
I am foreign medical graduate from India. I have cleared my USMLE step 1& step CK. I am planning to apply in 2006 matching. My friend told me that ECFMG certification is must before any body accepts you for observership, clerkship or externship. i am ggiving my CS only on AUG 31st. I want to now if that is true as i have applied to a couple of hospitals for observership. I would also like someone to tell me about the difference between clinical clerkship and externship.
