why bulemics have hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis. metabolic alkolosis is due to vomiting, but hypokalemia?

Vomiting......volume depletion.....inc: aldosterone secretion.....nacl reabsorption with excretion of K+ in the urine.....Hypokalaemia........
As u know vomiting cause loss of Hcl from body......alkalosis
as H+ is loss from body more CO2 ---> H+ + HCO3-....inc: HCO3-....Metabolic.
Finally bulemic pts cause ingestion of excessive binge diet followed by vomiting or use of diuretics/laxatives.....electrolyte imbalance occur.......HYPOKALEMIC METABOLIC ALKALOSIS....due to vomiting....

vomitus is also high in K+ in addition to HCl

ya that was what i was i confused, whether we lose k in vomitus, or aldosterone causes na reabsorbtion and hence k excretion, or is it both
