In the first phosphorylation pathway of glycolysis all the following is FALSE EXCEPT.

A- Glucose 6-phosphate & fructose 6 phosphate are inhibited by hexokinase & glucokinase respectively.

B- Glucokinase & hexokinase catalyze the phosphorylation of mannose & fructose to yield hexose 6-phosphate.

C- The irreversible reaction the incurs the first step for the catabolism of glucose is catalyzed by hexokinase.

D- The first step of glycolysis involve the phosphorylation of glucose by ADP.

Sorry

The Correct answer is "C" All are FALSE EXCEPT C

A- Glucose 6-phosphate & fructose 6 phosphate are inhibited by hexokinase & glucokinase respectively.

Is the other wise. Hexokinase & glucokinase are inhibited by Glucose 6-phosphate & fructose 6-phosphate respectively

B- Glucokinase & hexokinase catalyze the phosphorylation of mannose & fructose to yield hexose 6-phosphate.

Only hexokinase catalyze the phosphorylation of mannose & fructose to yield hexose 6-phosphate.

D- The first step of glycolysis involve the phosphorylation of glucose by ADP.

Like you said ATP is involved on the phosphorylation of glucose in the first step of glycolysis.
